Leave a Bequest

A charitable bequest is simply a distribution from your estate to a charitable organisation through your last will and testament. You will need to speak to a solicitor to decide the exact terms of your bequest, however for more simple Wills the following can be an example of a standard clause.

"I give, devise, and bequeath to The Aircraft Preservation Foundation, the sum of £_______ (or a description of a specific asset), for the benefit of The Aircraft Preservation Foundation to be used for the furthering of the aims of the charity."
